Welcome to Ayojon. By accessing our website or app and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. About the service. Ayojon provides an online platform for ordering medicines and healthcare products for home delivery within our serviced areas of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Ayojon operates under Dhaka North City Corporation trade licence no. TRAD/DNCC/010951/2026 (registered medicine seller) and complies with the directions of the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) and other competent authorities.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Prescription-only medicines. Under the laws of Bangladesh, medicines outside the DGDA's over-the-counter list may only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a registered physician. If your order contains such a medicine, our team will contact you to collect a clear copy of the prescription before the order is dispatched. We will decline or cancel any order, or any part of an order, for which a valid prescription cannot be verified — without exception. Prescription medicines are supplied for the named patient only, in the prescribed quantity only, and repeat supply may require a fresh prescription. We do not supply medicines for resale.

4. Product information. We take care to display accurate product details, prices, and availability. However, occasional errors may occur. If a product's price or details are wrong, we may cancel the order and inform you. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice.

5. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unusual or bulk quantities of medicine, or inability to verify a required prescription.

6. Pricing & payment. Medicines are never sold above the maximum retail price (MRP) printed on the pack. Prices include applicable charges shown at checkout. Payment options currently include Cash on Delivery, with mobile and card payment options added over time.

7. Delivery. We aim to deliver within 30–90 minutes in our serviced areas, subject to product availability, order and prescription verification, weather, traffic, and other conditions beyond our control. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. If we cannot deliver your order, any amount you have paid is refunded in full under our Refund Policy.

8. Use of the platform. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, use another person's identity or prescription, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Health information & no medical advice. Ayojon is a delivery service and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Product descriptions are for general information only — they are not medical advice and make no claim that any product will cure, treat, or prevent any condition. Always read labels and consult a registered physician or pharmacist regarding your medicines and health. To the extent permitted by law, Ayojon's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Complaints. For any complaint, contact hello.ayojon@gmail.com or +880 1328 503 508 with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 working days. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.

11. Changes & governing law. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
