Where we deliver. Ayojon currently delivers to select areas of Dhaka city. If your address is outside our serviced area, the app or website will let you know at checkout.
Delivery time. We aim to deliver within 30–90 minutes of order confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Timing is an estimate and may vary with product availability, prescription verification, weather, and traffic.
Delivery charge. Any delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Prescription orders. For medicines that require a prescription, delivery begins after we verify a valid prescription. Our team will contact you to collect it — please have it ready to avoid delays.
Receiving your order. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and, for Cash on Delivery, to make payment. Our rider will contact you on arrival.
If delivery fails. If we cannot complete delivery, we will contact you to rearrange it; for prepaid orders that cannot be delivered, the full amount is refunded under our Refund Policy.
