1. When Can You Return a Product?
You can request a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged, broken, or expired when delivered.
- You received an incomplete order (missing items).
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective).
- Prescription medicines (unless damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered).
- Products without original packaging or seal.
- Any product returned after 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Return a Product
- Contact our 24/7 customer support (call or chat) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and the reason for return.
- We may request photos of the product to verify the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request you to return it to our delivery person during the exchange.
4. Return Pickup
- We will arrange pickup within 1-2 days after approval.
- Please keep the product in its original packaging and make sure it’s unused (except in cases of damage or wrong delivery).
5. Replacement or Refund
- After we receive and check the returned product, we’ll process either:
- A replacement product delivery, OR
- A full refund to your original payment method (within 3-5 business days)
