Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

You can cancel your order before it is out for delivery (within approximately 30 minutes of placing the order).
Once the order is dispatched and out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

If you miss the delivery or refuse the order without prior cancellation, the order will be considered canceled from your side, and repeated cancellations may affect your ability to use COD services in the future.

If you paid online and canceled in time, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
