1. How to Cancel an Order

  • You can cancel your order by contacting our 24/7 customer support through call or chat.
  • Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

2. When Can You Cancel?

  • You can cancel your order before it is out for delivery (within approximately 30 minutes of placing the order).
  • Once the order is dispatched and out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

3. What If You Miss the Delivery?

  • If you miss the delivery or refuse the order without prior cancellation, the order will be considered canceled from your side, and repeated cancellations may affect your ability to use COD services in the future.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If you paid online and canceled in time, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation by Ayojon

In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Delivery constraints (weather, emergency)
  • Payment verification issues

If this happens, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund (if payment was made in advance).
